Ellen Cottage is one of the larger of the four properties. All the cottages have use of the parking area, games room with pool, table tennis and darts, and a large grassed area ideal for barbecues and picnics. We welcome block bookings.

Ellen Cottage has an open plan lounge on the first floor with a dining area and fully fitted kitchen. There are beautiful views from the lounge. The cottage has three bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, two twin rooms and a bathroom.

To Alan and Isabel, we have stayed in many cottages in Cumbria, but this one has to be the most beautiful - every comfort catered for. The welcome of scones, wine and choclate, so thoughtful. Perfect! Hope to see you again for a longer visit next time - Jane, Becky and Paul (Feb 09)
